BXP (Boston Properties) is an example of a company that puts these principles into practice. The company systematically prioritizes sustainability by investing in its buildings, allocating an annual capex budget for consistent technology upgrades, and aiming for net-zero emissions by 2025 through strategies like purchasing green energy offsite.
